    Brown mushroom with a large 8 to 10 cm cap and brown gills. Used for barbecues or stuffed but also sliced; very pronounced taste.


    How to prepare mushrooms

    If they are whole, brush the mushrooms before cooking them. If they are sliced and “ready-to-use”, they just need to be cooked.

    How to store mushrooms.

    Our mushrooms are sold in film-covered punnets allowing the product to breathe.

    We advise you to keep this film on the punnet to prevent the mushrooms from drying out and losing weight during storage. Keep them in the bottom of the fridge at an ideal temperature of 2 to 4°C, for a maximum of 3 days.
